Hi Friends!

Founder of Little Town Dreamers. I have a background in nursing and when my littles came into my life, I became a stay-at-home mom who turned into a sleep-deprived, coffee-obsessed, exhausted person. My parenting journey has led me to become a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant. Let me explain how I got to where I am today.

My journey as a sleep deprived mom.

After having my first child, I was hit hard with sleep deprivation. I was up nursing every two hours for months. During the day, my baby would only sleep on me. This meant I rarely ever got to "sleep when the baby sleeps." The nighttime hallucinations set in along with many other issues that come with a lack of sleep. Eventually, my oldest daughter started sleeping through the night but not after many months of my husband and I losing precious hours of sleep.

When my second came along I was determined to do things differently. I figured I was a pro by now and would be able to master this sleep thing no problem. Boy was I wrong! How quickly we fell back into the trap of bad habits and found ourselves back in “no sleep town.” This went on for months! Every day felt like groundhog day. Until one day I finally was at my witts end and started googling sleep consultants.

When I found a sleep consultant to solve my children’s sleep issues.

I found a woman to who I was able to relate. She too was a former nurse, her babies were no longer babies but she remembered going thru the struggles we were going through. After a 15-minute phone call, I was all in, ready to do anything she told me to do to get not only my child but our whole family sleeping again. After two short weeks, my daughter did it!

Not only was our entire household sleeping but we were living again.

Everyone was happy and energetic during the day. Most of all I no longer felt so defeated or wiped out from mom-life. I finally felt like I had a handle on things. This is why I want to help other moms and dads out there. I want you and your child to get the sleep you all deserve.

How my process works

1

Discovery Call

When we first start the process of getting better sleep for your child, we will start off with a discovery call. You will tell me all about the issues you are having with your child, and I will learn as much as I can about your situation before providing any support.

2

Questionnaire

After our initial discovery call and once you have decided to work with me you will receive a client questionnaire. This will help me get a more indepth view into your child's current sleeping habits. We will then set up a call so that I can go over that questionnaire form and gather any additional information that wasn’t covered in the discovery call.

3

Custom Sleep Plan

In two days, based on all the information gathered, I would develop a comprehensive sleep plan customized to your child and catered to their specific needs and circumstances. In this sleep plan I will lay out the step by step process that you will follow for two weeks.

4

Two Weeks of Personal Support

During those two weeks you will be in regular contact with me via text and email. I will be there for support and to answer any questions or concerns that may arise. Together we can troubleshoot whatever issues your child may experience during their training and make any adjustments needed. You will be entitled to two 30-minute phone calls during those two weeks, that you can schedule at any point if you feel is needed.

5

30-Minute Closing Call

Once our two weeks is complete we will have a 30 minute closing call. At that time you can ask any additional questions. If we feel that additional support is needed after those two weeks we can discuss this at that time.

Go in the direction of your dreams.
